Q: When do I get the free months?
A: Once you reach the paid month threshold — at month 5 for the 6-month programme, and month 10 for the 12-month programme — your programme automatically extends with the extra treatment months included. Patients do not need to sign a separate contract or pay extra.
Q: Does “free month” mean a reduced service?
A: No — you get the same full service every month. The “free” months refer to no additional charge while you continue receiving treatment.
Q: Is everything included in the monthly fee?
A: Yes. The monthly fee covers all consultations, injections, monitoring, tracking, and support as described above. Any additional diagnostic or specialist tests are indicated medically and discussed with you before proceeding.
